3 egss, slightly beaten

1/2 cup white sugar

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 Tbs. Flour

1/2 tsp. each- salt, nutmeg, allspice

1 1/2 cups pumkin (solid pack)

1 1/2 cups warm milk

Instructions |

|
Beat eggs, sugars, flour, and spices. Add the pumpkin and warm milk.
|

Pour into prepared pie shell. Wrap foil around the outside of the pie to prevent the outside from burning.
|
|
|
|
Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Turn the oven down to 350 degrees for 50 more minutes or until pie is set.
