     Breakfast Cassarole

Ingredients
1 package frozen hash browns ( big bag )
block of cheese ( 8 0z )
1 onion
meat - of your choice (browned)
12 eggs
1 t. mustard
salt / pepper
 
Instructions
Layer in cock pot -Hash browns, Meat & Onion, Cheese. Repeat Top layer should be hash browns. Pour eggs with seasonings over top.
Turn on low. Cook 8 - 10 hours.
