2 oz. unsweetened chocolate, pre-melted or solid melted
1/3 c. water
1 c. dairy sour cream
12 oz. pkg of marshmallows
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
2/3 c. milk
1/2 c. shortening
1 t. vanilla
Place all ingredients, except marshmallows, in mixing bowl. Blend
at lowest speed, then beat at medium speed 2 minutes. Spread
batter in a 9 by 13 baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Let stand on counter top for 5
to 10 minutes.
Combine all ingredients except vanilla in a heavy saucepan. Bring
to a boil stirring constantly. Boil 2 minutes stirring constantly.
Remove from heat. Pour into a small mixing bowl, all vanilla. Beat
at high speed of mixer for 5 minutes.
