     Brown Sauce

Ingredients
3 T butter
3 T flour
3 cups strong bouillon or beef consomme
 

Instructions
Melt butter. Add flour. Cook slowly until blended and golden brown. Add stock gradually. Simmer gently 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
