     Mornay Sauce

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups basic white sauce or bechamel sauce
2 egg yolks
1/2 cup cream
1/4 c grated swiss cheese
salt
white pepper
 

Instructions
Blend egg yolks and cream. Add sauce to mixture and heat thoroughly. Add cheese. Stir until smooth and thickened. Season.
