In small bowl stir together cream cheese, milk, oregano and
pepper.
Spread cream cheese mixture on a 10 inch serving platter. Gently
spread hummus on top. Sprinkle with cucumber, tomato, feta
cheese, olives and green onions.
Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.

Serve with pita crisps.
