     Corn salad with feta and walnuts

Ingredients
1 cup walnuts
4 cup corn kernels, raw or cooked
2 tbs fresh lime juice
2 tbs extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cup crumbled feta (2 oz)
 

Instructions
Heat oven to 400.
Spread walnuts on a rimmed baking sheet and toast until fragrant, 6 to 8 min. Let cool and roughly chop.
In a large bowl, combine the corn, lime juice,oil, walnuts, salt and pepper. Sprinkle with the feta before serving.
