     Artichoke Spread

Ingredients
1 can artichoke hearts
1 c mayonnaise
1/2 c sour cream
1 c parmesan cheese
 

Instructions
Drain and cut up artichoke hearts. Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth. Put in 1 quart casserole dish and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Serve with crackers.
