Dip mushrooms in beer. In a paper bag, mix flour and bread crumbs. Place mushrooms in the paper bag and shake. Take the coated mushrooms and dip them again into the beer; then shake them again in the flour and bread crumb mixture in the paper bag. Fry in a deep pot of hot vegetable oil until mushrooms are golden brown. Drain on paper. Mix black pepper, salt, garlic powder, chili powder and red pepper. Sprinkle over friend mushrooms. Serve with Dip.
