|
In a skillet, brown chicken in butter and oil. Remove chicken and discard fat from skillet. Add sherry and next 3 ingredients.

Simmer 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and slowly add half and half. Heat until sauce starts to bubble.

|
|
Add chicken and simmer 20 minutes or until tender. Transfer chicken to a serving dish and pour sauce over top.
|
|
|
Garnish with lemon slices and parsley.
