     Fettuccine Caesar

Ingredients
8 oz fettucine
1 stick butter
1/4 c olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
8 oz mushrooms, chopped
1/4 c half and half
1 c Parmesan
 

Instructions
Boil fettuccine in salted water. In a pan, heat butter and oil. Add garlic and saute 3 minutes.
Add mushrooms and cook 3 minutes. Drain fettuccine and return to pot.
Pour vegetable mixture over noodles and toss lightly. Add half and half and sprinkle with cheese. Serve immediately.
