Combine cracker crumbs and next 3 ingredients in a bowl. Press into a 8 inch pie pan. Bake at 300 for 15 minutes. Cool.
Combine milk, lemon juice, and almond extrat in a small bowl. Pour into crust. Blend cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla. Spread over pie. Chill. Garnish with lemon slices and serve cold.
