Mix cake mix and water in small microwave safe bowl. (I use a ramekin.) Drizzle ice cream topping over top.

Microwave on high 45 seconds. Let sit for one minute.

NOTES-
Find an airtight container to store the unused cake mix in or save time later and measure out into sealed bags for later use.
