3/4 c frozen pineapple juice concenrate, thawed (from 12 oz can)
6 oz can frozen limeade concentrate, thawed
4 1/2 c cold water
3/4 c rum
3 1/2 c lemon lime flavored carbonated beverages
Instructions
In large nonmetal container, combine pineapple juice concentrate, limeade concentrate, water and rum; blend well. Cover; freeze overnight.
Before serving, let mixture stand at room temperature for 20 to 30 minutes or until slushy. For each serving, spoon 1/2 c slush into glass; add 1/4 c carbonated beverage. Serve immediately.
