     Chicken Pitas with Sundried Tomato Vinaigrette

Ingredients
2 T balsamic vinegar
1 1/2 T sun dried tomato oil
1 T chopped drained oil-packed sun dried tomatoes
1/4 t freshly ground black pepper
1 garlic clove, minced
4 c shredded cooked chicken breast (about 3/4 lb)
1 c chopped tomato (about 1 medium)
1/2 c (2 oz) grated Asaigo cheese
1/4 c thinly sliced fresh basil
 
6 (6 inch) pits, cut in half
3 c mixed baby greens

Instructions
Combine first 5 ingreidents in a large bowl. Stir in chicken, tomato, cheese and basil. Line each pita half with 1/4 c greens. Divide the chicken mixtue evenly among pita halves.
