In medium bowl, combine bacon and cheese. Cover and refrigerate. Arrange potatoes on 24 inch length aluminum foil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Spread bacon mixture evenly over potatoes. Drizzle butter over the top. Securely wrap mixture into a loose packet. Grill over medium heat for 1 hour or utnil tender.
