Mix- brown sugar, melted butter, graham cracker crumbs. Pack into a 9 x 12 pan.
Blend- cream cheese (room temp) and icing sugar. Prepare 1 package of dream whip according to directions on package. Add to cream cheese and icing sugar. Spread on top of cracker crumbs.
Spead cherry filling on top of second layer.
Chill.
