     Belgium Waffles

Ingredients
3 egg whites (beaten stiff)
3 egg yolks (beaten well)
3/4 c. milk
3/4 cups sour cream
1/2 cup melted butter
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tbsp sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 baking soda
 

Instructions
Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl. Separate egg yolks in one bowl and egg whites in another. Beat egg whites until stiff. Mix egg yolks, sour cream, milk, melted butter together and add to dry mixture. Should be very thick batter. Fold in egg whites. Spoon unto waffle maker and cook for 4 minutes. Enjoy
