     ALFREDO SAUCE

Ingredients
1 QUART HEAVY WHIPPING CREAM
1/2 LB SALTED BUTTER
1/2 LB PARMESAN CHEESE
6 EGG YOLKS
1 TBLS CREOLE SEASONING
 

Instructions
COMBINE CREAM, BUTTER, AND SEASONING. BOIL UNTIL MIXTURE REACHES 180 DEGREES.
TURN OFF. ADD CHEESE UNTIL IT MELTS.
TAKE 2 CUPS MILK MIXTURE AND ADD TO EGGS.
POUR BACK INTO MILK MIXTURE AND COMBINE.
