1 c. red wine vinegar
|
| |
1/2 c. rice wine vinegar
|

1/4 c. soy sauce
|
| |
1 c. pineapple juice
|
| |
1 c. sugar
|
| |
2 jalapenos, chopped

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
|
| |
stir fry vegetables
|
| |
rice
|

Instructions |

|
Combine, red wine, rice wine, soy sauce, pineapple juice, sugar and jalapenos in a sauce pan. Cook on high heat until reduced by half.

|
Cut chicken into bit sized chunks, pan sear. Add vegetables and cut unitl crisp, tender.
|
|
|
|
Strain sauce and add to pan of chicken and vegetables.
|
|
|
|
Serve over rice.
|
