Mix-
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar (NOTE- already adjusted from original recipe. already
cut in half)
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons cinammon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup oil
Add-
4 eggs (beat one at a time)
2 cups shredded carrots
1 cup crushed pineapple (well-drained)
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 cup raisons
1 cup chopped dried apricots
Bake at 350 for an hour
