1 Butternut squash
|
|
1 package of Gnocchi
|

1/2 bag of Spinach
|
|
1/2 cup of Goat cheese
|

Instructions |
|
|
Preheat oven to 375
|
|
|
Chop butternut squash neck to even pieces. Toss with olive oil, salt and pepper. Spread out on cookie sheet. Roast for 15 minutes.

Prepare gnocchi as directed. In last minute, add spinch leaves.
|
|
|
Toss gnocchi, squash and goat cheese together. Serve warm.
