Preheat oven to 475. Put EVOO and half the herbs in a pan large
enough to hold the salmon and put in the oven (without the
salmon) for about 5 minutes, until herbs begin to sizzle.

Add salmon to the pan, skin side up. Roast 6 minutes. Remove
from the oven then remove the skin (it should peal right off; if not,
roast 2 more minutes). Sprinkle with salt and pepper; flip and
sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Roast another 3-5 minutes until done, depending on thickness.
Garnish with remaining herb and lemon.
