     Carrot Cake

Ingredients
2 cups flour
2 t baking powder
1 1/2 t baking soda
1 t salt
2 t cinnamon
1 1/2 cups of oil
2 cups shredded carrots
3/4 cup chopped walnuts
2 cups sugar
 
4 eggs beaten
1 8oz can crushed pineapple, drained
Instructions
Mix together ingredients. Bake at 350 50-60 minutes in ungreased 9x13 pan.
