1 Bunch Spianch (Frozen, thawed, drained)

1/2 bunch celery
|

1 Onion Large
|
|
1/4 lb sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 to 1c bread crumbs
|

3 eggs well beaten
|
|
1 tsp salt
|
|
1/4 olive oil
|
|
6 green peppers
|

Instructions |
|
|
Wash and clean the spinach (use stems), clean celery and onions. Grind spinach, celery, onion, and cheese mix well. Add Beaten eggs to spinach mixture
|

|
Add salt, olive oil, and bread crumbs. Par boil peppers for 2 minutes. Drain and place on a cookie sheet.
|
|
|
Lightly salt and fill with spinach mixture.
Bake 1 hour at 325.
|
