     Pork Balls with Noodles

Ingredients
1 egg slightly beaten
1 cup fresh bread crumbs
2 cups nonfat milk, divided
1/3 cup chopped onion
salt
1/4 t paprika
1 lb ground pork
4 T butter divided
1 T flour
 
1/4 t dry mustard
Hot Water
1 16 oz bag wide noodles
Minced parsley

Instructions
In bowl mix eggs, crumbs, 1/4 cup milk, salt, and paprika. Let stand 15 minutes for bread to absorb moisture. Add pork. Mix well. Shape into balls.
In heavy skillet over med heat brown meatballs with 1 T butter. Cover. Reduce to low and cook 20 minutes. When done remove meatballs.
Stir flour and mustard into drippings. Stir over medium heat until browned then add milk and cook until done. Add pork balls and heat through.
Remove and add the noodles and put parsley on top
