|
Wash and dry chicken. Mix mayo and mustard in small bowl.
|

|
|
Mix all dry ingredients on wax paper. Dip chicken in mayo mix and then into dry mix.
|
|
|
|
In 13x9 inch pan place chicken so thicker parts are toward edge.
|
|
|
|
Cook in microwave on high 11-13 minutes. Let stand 3-5 minutes.
