Cook chicken in hot oil in lg skillet until evenly browned. Remove chicken and keep warm
Add broth and 1/2 cup water to skillet, bring to boil.
Stir in mushrooms, onion, peas, and rice. Top with chicken. Cover. Cook on low heat for 5 minutes until chicken is cooked through and rice is tender
Let stand 5 minuts
