Ingredients
1 can yellow corn
1 can shoe peg corn
1 can rotel
1 8oz cream cheese
1 4 oz can green chilies
1 jalepeno finely chopped
Garlic Salt to taste
Cumin to taste
 
Instructions
Put first 6 ingredients into a microwave safe bowl.
Microwave for 5 min. stopping every 1-2 minutes to stir.
Add spices to taste and serve with Frito Scoops
