Pound or flatten chicken with skillet or meat mallet to .25 inch. Place 2 pieces dried beef on each breast. Roll up and wrap bacon around each breast. Secure with toothpick. Place in baking dish. Mix soup, cream cheese, and sour cream. Pour over breasts. Cover with foil. Bake at 325 for 1.5 to 2 hours. Last 15 minutes, remove foil and let bacon brown. Serve over rice.
