     Bacon/ Mandrine Orange Chicken

Ingredients
4 Chicken Brests
11 oz Mandrine Oranges
2 cups Rice
Minced Onion
4 strips Bacon
1 Garlic clove minced
Crushed Red pepper to taste
soy sauce to taste
chives to taste
 
ginger to taste
corn starch
oil as needed
1/2 cup Frozen pea/carrot and corn medley
1/4 diced onion

Instructions
place thawed chicken breasts in frying pan with all spices except the oranges themselves, use the juice from the orange can as liquid with the chicken. top with bacon and cook covered on medium for 7 minuets then flip. (corn starch is for later)
Cook Rice add a dash of oil, salt, the carrots, corn, and peas, and 1/4 cup onion.
once flipped cook for another 7 minuets or until chicken is done. 5 minuets form being done add oranges.
Once chicken is cooked leave juices in pan, progressively add 1 tsp of cornstarch until drippings have achieved gravy consistency.
Serving Suggestions
serve on top of rice with a spoon full of gravy.
