Rinse fish & pat dry. Place fish in a shallow non-metallic pan. In small bowl, combine juice concentrate, rosemary, salt, & pepper. Reserve 1/4 of marinade.Pour remaining marinade over fish & turn to coat. Cover & marinate 1 hour. Drain fish & discard marinade.
Place fish on grill over medium heat. Cover and grill 4 to 6 minutes per 1/2 inch thickness. Turn and baste with reserved marinade halfway through cooking time.
Just before serving, drizzle with melted apple jelly.
