     Almond Chicken with Yogurt Dip

Ingredients
1/4 c. all purpose flour
1 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. chopped almonds
2 T. chopped fresh cilantro
1 1/2 t. curry powder
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 lb. bonelss, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 c. cooking oil
 
8 oz. plain greek yogurt
2 T. chopped fresh cilantro
1 T. honey

Instructions
In a shallow dish, place the flour. In another dish, combine bread crumbs, almonds, cilantro, & curry; set aside. In another dish, beat together egg & milk; set aside.
Cut chicken into 1 inch strips. Coat with flour. Dip in egg. Then coat with almond mix. Heat oil in large skillet. Carefully add chicken. Cook 10 to 12 minutes, turning once. Drain and serve with yogurt dip.
Yogurt dip- Combine yogurt, cilantro, & honey.
Per serving- 365 calories, 18g fat, 150 mg sodium, 17g carb, 2g fiber, 33g protein. Daily values- 59% vit. A, 5% vit. C, 15% calcium, 11% iron.
