     Cheddar Bay Biscuits

Ingredients
2 cups Bisquick mix
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
2/3 cup milk
5 Tbls. butter melted and divided
1/8-1/4 tsp. garlic salt
½- 1 tsp. dried parsley
 

Instructions
Mix Bisquick, cheese, milk and 2 Tbs. melted butter in a large bowl. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray. Drop mounds of dough (I usually get about 9 out of this recipe)onto baking sheet.
Bake in a 450 degree oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
With remaining melted butter, add enough garlic salt and dried parsley (to your taste) to make a topping. Spoon evenly over hot biscuits. Serve warm.
