     Italian greens and beans

Ingredients
2 cans cannellini beans (white kidney beans)
2 pkg fresh spinach
1 pkg escrole (optional)
3 or more garlic cloves, chopped
red pepper flakes to taste
salt and pepper to taste
chicken broth
olive oil
 

Instructions
Saute garlice in olive oil. Chop greens and add to pan to wilt. Add seasoning, beans and broth. (Need enough broth to provide juice, not make a soup). Reduce slightly.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with crusty bread.
