Ingredients

	Eggs (2 per person)
	Any toppings you desire
	Quart Size Freezer Bags


Instructions


Crack 2 eggs that have been whisked into Quart size bag for each person.


Add any toppings you desire.


Shake.


Add bags to boiling water for 14-15 minutes and you'll have perfect omelets!
