     Fish Cutlets

Ingredients
400 gms fish (cleaned and diced to 2 inch pieces)
3 medium sized potatoes (boiled and skinned)
2 green chillies finely chopped
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2 cloved garlic and 1/2 inch ginger finely shredded
salt to taste
To marinate fish-
Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Salt to taste
 
To Fry-
Egg Whites
Bread/Rusk Powder

Instructions
Marinate the fish using the marination ingredients. Leave overnight or for a few hours
Shallow fry the marinated fish in oil. Once cooked,keep the fish on flame and crumble it using a wooden spoon so that the insides cook well. Ensure that the fish remains tender, do not deep fry. Remove fish bones while crumbling it
Add the boiled potatoes and mash it into the fish. Remove from flame. Fry all other ingredients till brown. Add the fish potato mixture and mix well. Remove from flame and allow it to cook
Make lemon sized balls of the mixture, flatten them. Dip them into beaten egg whites and then coat with bread/rusk powder. Shallow fry and serve
Serving Suggestions
Serve with fries/salad
