Instructions |

|
Fry bacon crisp. Remove from stove; add about 1 tablespoon cold
water to bacon and stir well
|

In separate bowl, beat eggs and cornstarch. Add vinegar and water,
salt and sugar.
|

|
When bacon is cool, pour this mixture into the frying pan. Place
over low heat and stir until thick- remove from heat. When cool,
add sour cream
|
