Frozen tenderloins work best. Let partially thaw. Slice wafer thin.
Set aside in a large bowl.

Mix all other ingredients together.
Taste & adjust ingredients to personal taste.
Stir into meat & let marinade at least 2 hrs.

Pre heat large skillet with small amount of oil to VERY HOT.
Place enough meat in hot skillet to cover the bottom. Stir as it
cooks, color will change.. about 6 - 8 mins.
Repeat until all meat is cooked.

Spoon out extra sauce from pan to pour over rice if wanted. Serve with steamed rice.
