Ingredients

-	Hash browns, frozen (1/2 bag or 5 patties)
-	6 eggs
-	6 oz Turkey sausage links, cut into bite size pieces
-	1 c. shredded cheddar cheese


Instructions


Spary skillet with cooking spray. Brown has browns in skillet. If using patties, cut them into bite size pieices. Remove from skillet. Brown sausage in skillet.


Scramble eggs in a bowl. Add cheese, sausage adn hash browns to bowl.


Spray 8x8 in square pan with cooking spray. Pour mixture into the pan. Cook at 350 until done.


Double the recipe for 9x13 pan.
