Pork Marinade

Category   Sauces
Sub Category   Grilling
Preptime   15 minutes

Ingredients
-
2 tablespoons of Olive Oil
-
2 tablespoons of Honey
-
1 or 2 tablespoons of Balsamic Vinegar
-
3 tablespoons of Mustard (I use Dijon)
-
1 tablespoon of Cracked Black Pepper
-
Ginger

Instructions
Mix ingredients and pour over pork in a large ziplock bag. It is good to marinate the pork all day or overnight.
I always triple (or more) the recipe and use the extra to baste the pork while grilling.
Serving Suggestions
This is great marinade for pork tenderloins! Great cooked or grilled.
