     Orange cake with Lemon icing

1 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 cup orange juice
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 tbsp grated orange rind
2 cups icing sugar
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp grated lemon rind
3 tbsp butter
splash of milk for the right consistency

Mix the wet and dry ingredients separately, then mix the two together but do not over mix, lumps are cool.
pour into well greased 20 cm pan, bake at 350F (180c) for 35 to 40 minutes or until it is browned on top and a toothpick comes out clean.
Blend the icing ingredients together, adding milk if it is too thick.
Let the cake cool completely in the pan, then smother it in icing.
