     Old Fashioned Pumpkin Cobbler

Ingredients
Filling Ingredients
30 oz. canned pumpkin mix
2 eggs
2/3 cup undiluted evaporated milk
PAM
Topping Ingredients
1/2 cup sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
 
1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 sticks butter

Instructions
Stir together all of the fillinf ingredients until consistency is smooth. Spray Pam into a 13x9 Pyrex glass casserole dish. Pour pumkin mciture into prepared dish.
Blend together the topping ingredients until crumbly.Sprinkle over the filling.
Bake for 15 minutes at 425 degrees, then reduce temp to 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes, or when knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cool.Serve with whipped cream.
