     Chicken Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients
Boneless skinless chicken
3 C. cooked rice
1 bag frozen broccoli
mix 2 cans cream of chicken soup
3/4 C. mayonaise
1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 C. grated cheese
1/2 C. cracker crumbs
2Tbsp. melted butter
 
Instructions
bake or boil chicken until cooked (enough to cut into pieces to top a 9x13)
9x13 pan Layers 1 cooked rice 2 broccoli 3 chicken 4 soup mix 5 cheese 6 cracker crumbs 7 melted butter poured on top
Bake 1/2 hr. @ 350 until cheese is melted.
