3/4 c. cracker meal (I use 1 sleeve of Ritz and grind it in a little food processor)
1 1/2 t. season salt (Montreal Steak Seasoning is my favorite)
2-3 lbs. chicken fryers (my kids just love drumsticks)
Instructions
Rinse chicken, pat dry, melt butter and dip chicken in butter then cracker meal and seasoning mix. Place in a greased 9x13 pan and bake on 400 for 40-50 min.

Suggestions
Does not work well for leftovers b/c it gets soggy. You could try reheating it in a pan to get it crispy again.
