After skimming off the fat from the broth, add the following;
12 cups broth (or add water to the broth that you have)
12 chicken bouillon cubes
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped carrots
2 tbsp minced onion
2 tbsp minced parsley1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp thyme leaves
4 cups diced cokked turkey (you can strip the bones and chop while cooking vegetables)
2 cups cooked med noodles or rice (cook while cooking vegetables)
Instructions
In a large stock pot over medium heat, combine all ingredients excpet the turkey and noodles or rice. Cover, heat to boiling. Reduce the heat to low. Cook 20 minutes until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
Add turkey and noodles; heat through.
