BBQ Beef on Rice

Ingredients
-
 1 pound ground beef or turkey
-
 onion, celery and green pepper to taste
-
 Sauce
-
 1/2 ketchup
-
 1 tsp. mustard
-
 1 tsp. salt
-
 1/2 tsp. pepper
-
 2 T. brown sugar
 
-
 1 T. vinegar
-
 1/4 tsp. allspice
-
 2 T. worschester sauce
-
 water, mix with enough to make 1 c.
Instructions
Brown meat and veggies. Drain. Add sauce. Serve over rice.
