     BBQ Beef on Rice

Ingredients
1 pound ground beef or turkey
onion, celery and green pepper to taste
Sauce
1/2 ketchup
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 T. brown sugar
 
1 T. vinegar
1/4 tsp. allspice
2 T. worschester sauce
water, mix with enough to make 1 c.
Instructions
Brown meat and veggies. Drain. Add sauce. Serve over rice.
