3 c. frozen, loose pack, shredded hashbrowns, thawed
1/4 c. margerine or butter
3/4 c. diced cooked ham
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 large eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 t. salt
1/8 t. pepper
Instructions
Gently press the hash browns between papertowels to remove any excess moisture. pack them evenly on the bottom and up the sides of an ungreased 9inch pie pan. Drizzle with the melted butter. Bake at 425 for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle the diced ham, mushrooms, and cheese evenly over the crust.
Beat the eggs, milk, salt and pepper together, pour over the rest.
Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Remove the quiche from the oven and let it stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
