     Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients
16 oz Riccotta cheese
4 ozs cream cheese
milk
3/4 stick of butter
12 shakes garlic salt or powder
4 shakes black pepper
Italian seasoning
 
Instructions
Blend ricotta and cream cheese in a blender with equal amounts of milk. Add butter.
Add remaining ingredients and cook on low in a crock pot.
Serving Suggestions
Serve over fettuccini noodles. Can also add sauteed mushrooms cooked in butter and garlic.
