Peel caramels. Melt over low heat and add cream. In double boiler, melt chocolate to a smooth consistency. Line cookie sheets with wax paper. To make each turtle, place 3 pecans in a y shape. Sppon 1 tsp of caramel over top and place in freezer for 15 minutes. Pick up a t
urtle with a fork and submerge in melted chocolate. Hold above pan until it stops dripping and replace on wax paper. Refrigerate
